Eli may only be thirty, but he has had enough of pretend submissives. When he spies Jarod in a BDSM club, everything about the man screams submission. So what if Jarod is probably twenty years older than Eli. What does age matter, anyway? All he can see is what he’s always wanted—a sub who wants to serve.

Jarod spent twenty-four years with his Master before Fate took him. Four years on, Jarod is still lost, so when a young Dom takes charge, Jarod rolls with it and finds himself serving again. But he keeps waiting for the other shoe to drop. Because there’s going to come a point when Eli realizes he’s a laughing stock in the club. Who would want to be seen with a fifty-year-old sub?

After several missteps, Eli realizes that in order to find happiness, they will need friends who will understand. At a friend’s insistence, he visits Collars & Cuffs, where they are met with open arms. As they settle in to their new life, Eli begins to see things differently and he dares to think he can have it all. Until a phone call threatens to take it all away….

In the seventh book of the “Collars and Cuffs” Series K.C. Wells and Parker Williams bring us, Dom of Ages. This story follows two very different MC that enter into a May/December relationship. Jarod is a submissive who thrives on living as a 24/7 submissive/slave. He needs a Master to make him feel whole, which is something that has been missing since he lost his Master to a tragedy four years prior to this story happening. Eli is a new Dom, he is looking for a submissive to complete him. While at his club he see’s Jarod and is immediately drawn to this man who is well trained and looking to serve. Jarod is just so happy that a Dom is actually noticing him that he follows Eli no questions asked and leaves the club with him. Jarod immediately falls into the role of caretaker/slave to Eli. While Eli and Jarod are wrapped up in each other they cannot see that entering into this relationship as quickly as they did with little to no negotiation may not be the best thing. It isn’t until Eli’s friend and Collars and Cuffs member, Ben, starts talking to Eli that the light is shed on their situation and after some persuasion and encouragement Eli agrees to visit Collars and Cuffs to see if he can find a place to scene with his new pet and continue to grow as a Dom.

At Collars and Cuffs we get to see the “submissive gang” including all the subs from past books and we watch them as they take Jarod under their wing no questions asked and treat him as if he has always been a part of their group. It is heartwarming to watch the guys accept and include Jarod who feared he would be rejected based on his age. The Dom’s in the group also do some bonding as they help encourage Thomas to come out of his “retirement” of training and take on the training of Eli so he can grow as a Dominant and fulfill both his and Jarod’s needs.

This book has a lot of hot as hell scenes. I appreciate how well these authors research the BDSM scene and how factual their writing is while still sexy as hell. This was a feel good and scorchin’ hot book – the perfect mix. I am really going to miss the Collars and Cuffs group – however, the author notes at the end of the book state there will be one more book so we can cheer to that!

I highly recommend this book and this entire series!

Great review Jaime! I haven’t had much luck with this series but I am going to give this one a try.
