Collars & Cuffs subs Interview (Endings & Beginning Release Day!)

endings and beginnings

From Scott Holmes to the subs of Collars & Cuffs:

If you were to purchase ‘clown meat’ at the deli, and serve your master a sandwich of it, would he laugh or punish you?

Clown Meat
Alex: Oh, Leo’s seen ‘clown meat’ before, and he winced when he looked at it. I know for a fact that if I were to serve it to him, I’d get spanked so hard, I—I….Sorry, I have to make a trip to the deli.

Peter: I don’t think Master Thomas would punish me, but I also don’t think he’s be very happy about it. Then again, maybe he’d take it as the joke it’s meant to be, and be proud that I’m allowing my playful side to show. Honestly, I’d really rather not take that chance.

Scott: Oh, hell. If we ate meat, I would totally do this. I’d love to see the look on Ben’s face when I served it open face to him. But knowing Ben, he’s probably had it before. His family didn’t have a lot of money growing up, and this stuff is pretty cheap. Still, not worth it to me to find out if he’d have a sense of humor about it.

Gareth: Andrew would laugh his arse off. He’s got a strange sense of humor, and that’s one of my favorite things about him. Well, that plus the hot sex. Okay, maybe his sense of humor is in the number two spot.

Jeff: I’m not a sub. I’ll never be a sub. But, in all honesty, I’ve stolen clown meat from the store before so I had something to eat. It’s not bad, but when it’s the only thing you’ve got to eat over the course of several days, it gets old fast. Damian would probably eat it, but I hope I never have to see it again.

Dorian: Alan might eat it. He’s good-natured, and patient. I don’t know that he’d appreciate it, because it really looks nasty, but he would probably eat it. Of course, I’d have to cover it in cheese, because I don’t think I’d like to see it staring at me.

Jarod: Eli brought some home one time when I let him go to the store. I threw the whole thing in the garbage, because it really creeped me out. He laughed, and told me it had been a joke. The stuff was on sale, and he wanted to see my reaction. Suffice it to say, my reaction earned me a spanking.

Blurb:

In all his relationships, Darren Fielding never found the level of intimacy he witnessed between Thomas Williams and his sub, Peter, the day of Peter’s “rebirth.” Not only that, he never realized such intimacy was possible. For two years, Thomas’s business card has been burning a hole in his wallet. When Darren’s lover moves on, maybe it’s finally time to see where that card takes him.

Collars & Cuffs’ new barman, JJ Taylor, is really conflicted right now. He went to the club with a very specific purpose, already convinced of what he’d find there. Except it’s not what he expected at all. He certainly didn’t anticipate finding himself drawn to the new wannabe Dom. Nor could he have guessed the direction that attraction would lead him.

Old love, new love, vows, pain, rage, moving in, moving on…. The members of Collars & Cuffs face an event that touches some of them deeply, but it will only reinforce what they already know: together they are stronger, and some bonds cannot be broken.

“Honey, I’m home.”

Collars & Cuffs came to an end, but their characters will stay with me forever. And I, secretly, hope that the end of this series will maybe be the beginning of another. Very highly recommended!Ele's Review
Alex laughed and came out of the kitchen to greet his husband. “We’ve talked about this, right? You do not walk into this apartment and talk to me like I’m the little wife.”

Leo kissed him soundly on the cheek. “Aw, but you’d look great in an apron, holding a glass of beer out for your weary, hard-working hubby.” He smirked. “And besides, no one in their right mind would call you little.”

Alex quirked his eyebrows. “One, you don’t drink beer, which is why there’s a glass of chilled chardonnay on the living room table, waiting for you. Two, excuse me—weary? Hard-working? You’ve been standing around in leather chaps and a harness, watching while guys do all manner of things to each other, which probably included a lot of fucking, because, hey, it’s Saturday night, right?”

Leo sighed happily. “What can I say? I love my job.”

About K.C. Wells

Born and raised in the north-west of England, K.C. Wells always loved writing. Words were important. Full stop. However, when childhood gave way to adulthood, the writing ceased, as life got in the way.

K.C. discovered erotic fiction in 2009, where the purchase of a ménage storyline led to the startling discovery that reading about men in love was damn hot. In 2012, arriving at a really low point in life led to the desperate need to do something creative. An even bigger discovery waited in the wings—writing about men in love was even hotter….

K.C. now writes full time and is loving every minute of her new career.

The laptop still has no idea of what hit it… it only knows that it wants a rest, please. And it now has to get used to the idea that where K.C goes, it goes.

About Parker Williams

Parker Williams began to write as a teen, but never showed his work to anyone. As he grew older, he drifted away from writing, but his love of the written word moved him to reading. A chance encounter with an author changed the course of his life as she encouraged him to never give up on a dream. With the help of some amazing friends, he rediscovered the joy of writing, thanks to a community of writers who have become his family.

Parker firmly believes in love, but is also of the opinion that anything worth having requires work and sacrifice (plus a little hurt and angst, too). The course of love is never a smooth one, and Happily Ever After always has a price tag.

  • I’d never heard of clown meat…interesting (and somewhat creepy, lol) concept! Looks like an interesting series, but I haven’t read any of it thus far.

  • I’m currently reading this story and loving that we get to see all the main couples from the series, especially Thomas and Peter, in addition to a new pairing. Great writing as always.
