My FallenCon agenda is simple: sit on a couple of panels and let people meet the real me. Jesse Garvy—mod of a famous Twitch channel and, if I ever come out of my shell, future vlogger. I definitely didn’t plan to sleep with a moody tattooed fan-artist, but he’s gorgeous and can’t keep his hands off me. There’s a first time for everything, and my first time with a guy turns out to be the hottest experience of my life.

But the next day, I find out my moody fan-artist is Ian Larsen AKA Cherry—someone I’ve known online for years. And he’d known exactly who I was while shoving me up against that wall. Before I figure out whether to be pissed or flattered, the con ends.

Now we’re back online, and he’s acting like nothing happened. But despite the distance between us, and the way he clings to the safety of his online persona, we made a real connection that night. I don’t plan to let him forget.

Hard Wired is yet another beautiful addition to the Cyberlove Series and tells the story of Jesse and Ian. With each and every book I find myself falling in love with the world and the series more and more.

Jesse and Ian are mods of the famous Twitch Channel and FallenCon is the place they will be meeting each other for the first time. Jesse thinks Ian is a girl and when he finds that Ian is not who he portrays himself online he feels betrayed and angry. But the chemistry and the events of the first meeting prompts Jesse to try and have a relation with him and what follows is how they go about getting their happily ever after. Hard Wired was a beautiful book and what makes it so beautiful in spite of the insane amount of angst is the characters. Jesse and Ian are two characters who are as flawed as any one of us with real and deep issues. Ian is hiding a lot of anxiety and fear beneath his persona and everyday is some form of battle for him. His anxiety often gets the best of him and he has developed his own mechanism to cope with it. Jesse too has his own issues, mainly his inability to say a no when it matters. He is so weighed down by his circumstances that his life is an endless loop of same events repeating. I loved that the authors gave so much depth to the characters and showed how they grew individually and as a couple.

They each had their own issues as individuals and as a couple to sort out. Their relationship is not a smooth sailing one but rather filled with lot of ups and downs and they weather through them all beautifully. Their love for each other gave them the strength to rise above what was holding them back. I fell in love with them both by the time I was done reading their story. The authors has done a tremendous job in exploring their sexual chemistry too and their first encounter in the FallenCon was too damn hot..!! The sex scenes were bone melting and scorching hot. We also get to see a lot of familiar faces and it amazing to read about them all. Another thing I really liked is how the authors has used the latest advent in social media and made it such an integral part of the story. All the elements in the story came together brilliantly to give a fabulous reading experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and I can’t wait to read more from this duo. Highly Recommended.
