Jeffrey Kuyper was a once-in-a-generation talent and I was his muse.

Jeffrey’s death shocked the art world and upended my life. His last portrait is an intimate reminder of our final weeks together. Now it’s up for auction and I want it more than anything. When a cold-mannered man in a dark suit outbids me, I’ll agree to anything to buy it from him–even a weekend in his bed.

100 pages of:
original plot
beautiful, elegant prose with this undercurrent darkness
first person POV, perfectly executed (not an easy thing for a writer to pull off IMO)
emotions…grief, sadness, satisfaction, self awareness, HOPE
hottest sex scenes

It is not often that I read a book I consider flawless. But I literally can’t find anything I didn’t like in this one.
If you haven’t already done so, go read this story. Highly recommended!

P.S Oh how I wish we could get more of these two amazing guys!
