Don’t judge a book by its cover….

At over six feet, with a body honed in the gym, auto worker Donavan Gregory is used to people assuming he’s a dominant top. Unfortunately, they’re wrong, and Donavan’s desire to explore his submissive side goes unfulfilled.

Smaller and older than Donavan, Doctor Seth Manning might not look like a typical dominant, but when the two men meet at Pride, Donavan realized Seth might be his perfect counterpart. The trouble is, Donavan doesn’t have as much experience with the BDSM world as he’d like. What could an educated, handsome, and confident man like Seth possibly see in someone like him? Seth must convince him that despite the differences on the surface, when it comes to kinky fun and discovery, they’ll fit together just fine.

This is a book about hidden desires coming to the forefront. It is about your most hidden kinks being brought to the light of day. It is about excepting ones desires and being alright with it. It is about finally getting the happily ever after with the perfect mate for yourself. It is about all that and so much more…..

Donavan has the hidden desire to be submissive to a dominant partner but has never explored that about himself because he is scared. He puts himself into the stereotype that he cannot be submissive because he is all muscle and is tall. He believes that most would look at him and laugh because he looks more dominant then submissive. But the thing with desires is they eventually come out and if you have the right partner there with you when they do then you will be able to accept yourself and what you crave and not feel guilty about those feelings. That is what happens when Donavan meets Seth.

Seth is a natural dominant and upon meeting Donavan and observing him at Pride realizes that Donavon is a natural submissive. They are both immediately attracted to the other but Donavan has trouble excepting the submissive part of himself. So much so that he has nightmares about it. But even with that, Donavan cannot forget the way it felt to do the demonstration with ropes with Seth when they first met. Nor does he want to. So Donavan fights his demons within and contacts Seth so they can get to know each other better.

After that their lives was fated to be forever changed!!!!

This book was such a good read. S.J.D was able to incorporate just enough humor, anguish over ones self decisions, love, and acceptance to make this book the perfect to be considered a feel good read. I truly enjoyed reading this book and I love S.J.D. Slipped in just enough information for this book to led to a book two. There was just enough info to leave me intrigued and ready to read the next book as soon as it is available.

In my opinion Donavan and Seth were just made for one another. They each gave the other the strength and understanding to go after what they wanted and they supported each other in those decisions. It makes them that much stronger of a couple. This was just an amazing story about acceptance and love. Great read!!

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time. I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books. Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.
