Robert Ashton is in for the surprise of a lifetime. His mother, a bit of a rebel, raised him away from the rest of the family, and it’s not until he’s contacted by his lawyer about an inheritance that he learns who he truly is: the new Earl of Hantford. His legacy includes ownership of the historic Ashton Park Estate—which needs repairs Robert cannot afford. He’ll simply do what the nobility has done for centuries when in need of money. He’ll marry it.

Tech wizard Daniel Fabian is wealthy and successful. In fact, he has almost everything—except a title to make him worthy in the eyes of the old-money snobs he went to prep school with. His high school reunion is looming, and he’s determined to attend it as a member of the aristocracy.

That’s where Robert comes in.

Daniel has the money, Robert has the name, and both of them know they can help each other out. But their marriage of convenience has the potential to become a real love match—unless a threat to Daniel’s business ruins everything.

This was a very interesting read. To be honest it was better then I first expected it to be. Which is always a good thing.

Robert was what I expected him to be. He is a very noble person who likes to put others first. He likes to help the underdog and fight for their rights. That is why he is a barrister in a small firm in England. He likes to fight for the rights of people who may not necessarily be able to pay him because he feels they should just as good as the rich does. When he found out the he inherited the Earl of Hanford he thought it was kind of cool for the first few minutes and then soon realized what it would ol entail and then he was scared I think. With him loving to help others I think having that responsibility it really scared him that he would not be able to do good for those that counted on him.

Then when he seen just how bad the estate at Hartford really was it made it even worse because he did not have the money to bring it back to what it once was. Robert’s mother comes up with a haired brain scheme to find and marry someone who has money and was looking to seek the title of the Count of Hartford. Robert never expected this to work but went along with his mother on meeting with a matchmaker. What could go wrong with having a date if nothing else. The last thing he expected was to meet someone who would be so willing to go along with her idea but that is exactly what happened.

Daniel is not your average type of millionaire. He was pour when he was younger so he knows the value of a dollar. He worked hard to get where he is and he is constantly looking for new projects to take on. That is where his mind is at when he accepts the crazy idea of marrying for a title. Well that and he can stick it to his former classmates with the title and prestige at his class reunion.

As things go on between these two men their feelings get involved and everything suddenly changes from a business arrangement to a full out relationship and neither could be happier. They are both getting what they want and with a major added bonus of being completely in love. That is until Daniels business comes under fire and Daniel may lose everything. The question is what will happen now?

This was a good read. It was very entertaining in the aspect of learning the history behind the estate and all the hidden treasures that they find. It was interesting to see their business relationship morph into a full scale relationship before either of them realized it was happening. There was not a whole lot of drama but what little there was made it that more interesting. Great read!!

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time.

I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books.

Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.

Please comment! We'd love to hear from you.
