Emergency room nurse Samuel Mason is offered a ménage a trois with two ex-Marines and discovers a love more dangerous—and more exquisite—than he anticipated.

Welcome back to Brighton, Texas. Where any man can find home.

As an emergency room nurse at Brighton General, Samuel Mason spends most of his days caring for the sick and injured, and his nights alone. Until now.

Jack “ Spider” Forrester and Dante Snow have arrived. Retired from the Army, they provide protection to those in need. They’ve come to Brighton to guard Sam’s cousin from a dire threat, but it’s Sam’s world they turn inside out. Jack wears his heart on his sleeve but is no pushover, and Dante is scarred from a past he’d sooner forget. They two are partners in all things, from the bedroom to the office to the street, and they want Sam to join them…for as long as they’re in town. But there is danger ahead, and not just from the type of men these skilled, muscled heroes have sworn to take down. The danger of falling in love.

These three men together are enough to set anyone’s heart beating into overdrive. When they are apart, they completely break your heart but when together they show what true love is all about.

Sam, Dante, and Spider may have had an agreement when they first decided to try a three-way for the amount of time that Dante and Spider could stay in town. No one would get attached because Dante and Spider have been in a relationship for over eight years and what they have with Sam is just a bit of fun for everyone until it is time for them to move on to their next assignment. What none of gen expected was for them to all develop feelings for each other equally.

To make matters worse when the time comes for Dante and Spider to go to their next assignment none of the men find the courage to voice their feelings about each other. Do they have their last night together and all three are left broken-hearted. Of course Dante and Spider have each other to comfort the other but that is no longer enough for all of them. Spider and Dante’s relationship changed over the time that all three men spent time together and now neither man feels that their relationship is complete without Sam with them.

Dante and Spider decide as soon as their protection detail is done and the stalker they are waiting to capture is finally captive they are going back for their man and will not take no for an answer. They will do whatever is necessary to make up to Sam for leaving and plan to have a life together the three of them.

The only downfall to their plan is someone has other ideas for Sam and this time Sam may just not walk away. There is immediate danger in Sam’s future and unless there is a miracle then the only place may be going is to his grave.

Can Dante and Spider reach Sam in time? Will Sam realize he is in danger or will he keep on keeping on and nurturing his broken heart? Will these three men be able to pick up the pieces of their broken hearts and have a life together or will they all be too late?

This may have been closer to a short story then a novella but it was such an amazing read that was filled with lust, love, crazy hot sex, danger, action, and so much more. This is the first book I have read in this series but I will definitely be reading more in the future. Definitely a book that I recommend for others.

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time. I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books. Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.
