M/M paranormal romance between a blind vampire and his human lover. Because of explicit sexual scenes and adult language this book is intended for readers 18+

After a tragic event in his life, Christian Bowman found sanctuary in reading and developed an obsession with the paranormal and vampires. Now twenty-one, Christian fantasies come to life when he meets Zander, a blind vampire. A fantasy he’s only dreamt about. But will that dream turn into a nightmare when he sees just how dark and dangerous living in a vampire’s world can be? Is their love strong enough to withstand obstacles one could only imagine?

Christian is in love with his Angel of Darkness…..But is there a happily-ever-after in a vampire’s world?

They have a past, but can they have a future?

I’m not normally a huge fan of vampire fiction, be it M/M or otherwise, but really liked this story. The plot is intriguing, with vampire Zander and human Christian being soulmates (and sharing quite a backstory) and the book is full of hot hot vampire sex. The mystery component is well-done and carries the plot throughout the entire book. The development of the secondary characters was well-done, and I’m looking forward to Billy’s story in the next book.

There’s a bit too much telling vs. showing, and unfortunately …… there are WAY too many spelling errors. (Your” is used constantly throughout instead of “you’re” for example.) But did I mention the hot vampiric sex?

Once you learn to read, you will be forever free.  Frederick Douglas

I distinctly remember that day in school when, all of a sudden, those squiggles on the page made sense and I could read. It has changed my life in ways I still cannot comprehend.

My favorite M/M tropes are friends-to-lovers, murder/mysteries, amnesia, hurt/healing and historicals. Shifters, vampires, paranormal? Meh … not in my wheelhouse, but I’m a sucker for a well-written well-plotted book, no matter the genre.

Favorite authors includes Brandon Witt, Rick R. Reed, Abigail Roux, Jay Northcote, JL Merrow, KJ Charles, Lane Hayes, Marshall Thornton and so many more.
