Maybe Charlie should have waited until he graduated high school before coming out, because since that revelation there’s been a growing distance between him and his friends. Charlie’s tough, though. He doesn’t mind eating lunch alone or watching his former gang interact with their new best buddy. What he does mind is seeing Drew Lavoitt suffer the same fate.

Drew didn’t come out. As far as he, or anyone else knows, he’s straight. What Drew did is accidentally hit and kill a little girl. Now the boy who was voted Most Popular, and who Charlie has maybe had a crush on since eighth grade, faces financial ruin, expulsion, and the fear that if he’s not everything, he’s not enough.

Popularity, wealth, acclaim—these things are easily lost. In each other’s arms, Drew and Charlie find something that can’t be taken from them. Together the two build a foundation on which they can re-create their lives.

This was truly an emotional read. As far as the title of the book goes, it could not have been more perfect.

Andrew’s life was ripped into one afternoon. There was an aweful accident that resulted in a six year old losing her life. It may not have been Andrews fault but the fact that he was behind the wheel of he car that killed her turned his life upside down. He pretty much just shut down and was going through the emotions of life each day.

Charlie has never been one to stand in the spotlight. He is more comfortable standing back and observing everything that goes on around him. So when he sees how badly Andrew is struggling and how much he has changed since the accident he decides to step in and try to make a difference.

Before the accident Andrew was out going. You could find a person to say a negative thing about him. Everyone loved him and wanted to be friends with him. He was overall just a nice person.so when he turned completely in on himself after the accident everyone was worried.

Once Charlie and Andrew started hanging out, the old Andrew started to slowly emerge again. Once the two stared a relationship Andrew started to believe in himself again and all of them at was because of Charlie believing in him.

This was an extremely sad read but it was definitely a read that could be a reality. The emotions that was running through this book was so real that I was able to feel it. It was an extremely well written read. Definitely a book about losing it all to only find something better in the end.

Galley copy of When It All Falls Down provided by Tanya Chris in exchange of an honest review.

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time.

I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books.

Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.
