Like most other guys his age, Trevor Nash just wants to escape his small town, go to college and get laid. It’s not his fault his parents are freaked out because his older brother went to college and binge drank himself to death. Trevor’s not going to do that, but they won’t let him go unless he stays with his godfather, Marine vet Grady McKinnon.

Grady’s come to appreciate a quiet life in Boston since an IED tore off his foot and forced his discharge, but he owes his oldest friend a lot. He agrees to the babysitting, provided Trevor sticks to a few basic rules.

It’s been five years since Trevor’s seen Grady, a long time in a teen’s life. Now Trevor is stunned to find out his muscled temporary guardian is a walking wet dream. Trevor has a new plan: get Grady’s attention, no matter how many rules he has to break to do it.

Warning: This book contains a pushy brat, a loner learning to like company, lots of spanking, and some desperate longing.

This was such a good read about fighting not to do what feels right because you feel like it is wrong.

Trevor has to put up with a lot because his older brother Jasper messed up when he went to college and started binge drinking and died from it. So Trevor has pretty much always tried to do the opposite of what Jasper would have done and has accomplished that by graduating early and receiving full acceptance into college with most of it paid for one year early also. Most parents would be jumping up and down but not Trevor’s. Yes they was proud but all they cnnoicture is Trevor going off and doing the same thing that Jasper did so going to college in his parents opinion is a big fat NO.

But finally they come up with a solution. Trevor can go but he will have to live with his god father Grady and follow the ex marines rules or suffer the consequences. This should not be hard to do but what is hard is Trevoe is attracted to Grady and after getting there to Grady’s and sitting down and talking about what the consequences could be if he messes u, Trevor is left more curious then worried.

So Trevor finds himself pushing the boundaries on purpose and Grady started realizing what he was doing and why. It was definitely becoming increasingly harder and harder for Grady because he knows it is not right for him to be attracted to Trevor but he finds himself more and more attracted to him and fighting it at each turn.

Grady does not want to cross a line with Trevor because he feels it would be wrong to do so seeing as he is his best friends and ex fellow marines son but the more they are together he harder it gets and th more it feels right even though it is wrong.

Can Grady and Trevor figure out where to go with this attraction or is it inevitable to crash and burn?

I cannot wait for the next book in this series to come out because this book was so dang good. I kno the next will be explosive too if this book is any indication of how good it will be. Cin Forrester was able to express the longing these two men felt for one another so clearly and also the guilt both felt for wanting the other. This was an incredible read and I look forward to the next one coming out hopefully as soon as possible.

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time. I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books. Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.
