Why is Jason so hostile towards Sam?
Will Sam be able to break the wall that exists between him and Ace?
In this 10,000 words gay romance, two firemen discover the real meaning behind true love.
This short was really a good read. You may be wondering why I gave it a three if it was so good. Well the reason is because this book needs quite a bit of proofreading. I am not saying it is negative thing but there were things such as calling a guy a girl, calling the character in reference at the time the wrong name, and misspelled words. So that is why I gave it a three. If it had only been one or maybe two times then I would have rated it higher but it was several times and some of the misplaced words got me off track trying to figure out who or what was being talked about or to.
Beyond that the storyline was a good one. I enjoyed the anguish these two men felt and the fight that each had for what they believed in for themselves and their personal preferences. I am not going to give many details on this book because in all honesty it is a quick read so the storyline is very fast paced. By giving even the slightest detail on the storyline will give away quite a bit and that is just not fair to someone wanting to read this book.
I will say this though, I did enjoy this book. There is a lot that happens in this book in a short period of time. Even though there is a lot going on, Barbara found a way to make the story flow so you do not feel overwhelmed. I honestly believe that if Barbara will go back through this book and correct the mistakes, it will be a great read then. Though there was those issues with the book, I will still read the next book in the series because I did like the story as a whole.
