A hot encounter with a security guard afterhours plunges uptight, Wall Street broker Nate Dennis into obsession and possibly something more.

Nate Dennis made corporate VP at thirty-one, won’t spend a dime for a taxi or laundry, and is socking away enough money to retire at forty-five and live large. He’s arranged his life to not make his mom’s mistake of falling in love with a guy who’s going to leave him broken. Besides, any relationship he’s tried has been a helpless puzzle. He’s better at hooking up, no strings attached, and in New York City, there’s no shortage of hot guys with sick bodies who are interested in the same thing.

Then an afterhours encounter in the office with a new security guard Thiago has him questioning everything.

This is one of those books that leaves you wondering, do I like it or do I not like it. I honestly still can not answer that question. I have some really mixed feelings for this book that is for certain.

This book was on the different scale. I liked it because there is some really good sexy scenes but I did not like it because the type of relationship that Thiago and Nate have together.

The sex between them is off the charts but the relationship between them is not so much. I felt this book was more on the lines of being a violent one not only mentally but physically also. The way these two men treated each other and then apologized for their bad behavior immediately afterwards has me leaning more towards their relationship being one of mental abuse towards one another.

So yeah I am fence whether this was a good read or not. I will be honest that I am leaning more towards the not so much liking it because yes the sex was hot but the abuse they dish out to one another is sooooo not.

I will think about my feelings towards this book I am guessing for some time to come. The only thing I can suggest is if you want to make an unbiased opinion on this read, you will have to read it for yourself.

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time.

I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books.

Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.

Please comment! We'd love to hear from you.
