One hundred and forty years ago, Harry, Edward, and Francis met an angel, a demon, and a sorceress while escaping imprisonment and worse! They emerged with a new family—and shapeshifting powers beyond their wildest dreams.

Now Harry and his brothers use their sorcery to rescue those enslaved in human trafficking—but Harry’s not doing so well. Pining for Suriel the angel has driven him to take more and more risks until his family desperately asks Suriel for an intervention.

In order for Suriel to escape the bindings of heaven, he needs to be sure enough of his love to fight to be with Harry. Back when they first met, Harry was feral and angry, and he didn’t know enough about love for Suriel to justify that risk. Can Suriel trust in Harry enough now to break his bonds of service for the boy who has loved his Familiar Angel for nearly a century and a half?

Familiar Angel is a sweet paranormal love story of a sorcerer and the angel he loves. The book is really sweet and there is not much angst and you will simply have an amazing time reading the story.

There is sorcery, angels, demon and it has all been tied into how they use their powers for greater good. I loved that aspect of the story. The way they try to do the good things to make the world a better place. There is plenty of action but not so much that it overshadows the underlying love story. The story is rather sweet and I really loved how the author gave them their happily ever in a believable way with not much angst. I liked the secondary characters too and would love to see more about them.

Familiar angel is a sweet and beautifully captured story. If you like a bit of paranormal element in your book along with a love story, this is definitely for you..!!
