Never let go.

Weighed down by scandal, Captain Jamie Callahan must choose between saving his family’s reputation and his father’s political aspirations, or taking down the enemy once and for all. Choosing one over the other will have lasting repercussions he can’t escape. Whatever path Jamie ultimately picks, Staff Sergeant Kyle Brannigan will be right by his side to face the consequences. Kyle knows in a situation like this the only way out is through. Together they can make it to the other side, but surviving that journey will take everything they have.

One last chance.

Agent Sean Delaney is learning what it means to be part of Alpha Team through trial by fire. He wouldn’t change it for the world, nor would he give up the life he’s building with Staff Sergeant Alexei Dvorkin. But their time together is threatened by outside forces they can’t outrun. Having put the nightmare of Boston behind him, Alexei is focused on keeping his family safe, but he can’t have eyes on everyone. Alexei knows he can’t ignore the danger on the horizon, and when it strikes, he is unprepared for the tragedy it leaves in its wake.

Risking it all.

The odds are stacked ever higher against Alpha Team, and outmaneuvering a precog is a daunting, almost impossible task. Jamie knows something has to give, and when it does, it just might break him the way nothing else in his life ever could.

In the Requiem is a 122k word steamy gay sci-fi military romance with a mostly HEA and concludes this main plot-arc of the series. There is military violence within the story that might not be suitable for everyone, as well as explicit intimate scenes not suitable for readers under the age of 18. This is a direct sequel to In the Blood and Out of the Ashes. Reading the previous books in this series would be helpful in enjoying this one.

Hailey Turner completely outdid herself with this book. I was so blown away by this read. It is by far the best book in the series. I am not sure if this will be the last book in the series or not but if it is, Hailey Turner sure made it ends with a bang.

Kyle and Jamie are primarily the main characters in this book but everyone is back from the Alpha Team and they all have something to contribute to this read.

The alpha team is still in hot pursuit of the Sons of Adam’s group and all the key players. And boy does the alpha team need to prepare for the death and destruction the Sons of Adam have in store for not only the Alpha Team but the United States as well.

Jamie has found that he may be in over his head when it comes to the undercover missions that he has recently partaken in. So much so that the powers that be are out for blood with the higher ups in Congress. Not only is it affecting him and his team but it is also affecting his father’s campaign. Needless to say his father is none too happy about this.

Through it all Kyle is there by his side. Even though these two men still cannot come out in the open about their engagement, they are still as close as ever.

When the threats of war on US soil is pretty much a given, the team scrambled to try and figure out when and where the attack is going to happen. Team Alpha tried to prepare as much as they possibly can, but nothing could prepare them for what is about to happen.

Hailey Turner did an incredible job on this book. There was so much excitement, mystery, love, and even danger in this book. There was not a boring moment. I found myself in tears both from happy times and very sad times through this read. I really enjoyed this book and like I said, if there is not another book in this series, then at least this book ended the series in a bang. Amazing read!!

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time. I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books. Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.
