Will Carroll, “the only gay kid at Randolph High,” couldn’t believe the school’s star athlete would be remotely interested in him, much less want to explore his sexuality. But a weekend out of a dream changed all that. Or so Will thinks. A brutal awakening awaits him.

Randolph quarterback, Jake Bryant, doesn’t understand his new founded desires. He just knows he stands to lose a great deal if he allows himself to follow this path. How to remain true to himself yet proceed with his planned future?

Coach Eilertsen needs to get his boys in line. Winning isn’t enough. He’s also concerned about his future. If he plays his cards right he’ll have the fame and prosperity he needs, just so long as his players follow his orders to the letter. The Cult of Eilertsen is born!

Lives collide in this coming of age story leaving none of the characters unchanged.

First time gay high school jock MM sex, mature MMM rough sex. Note: Due to graphic descriptions of intercourse, this book should be read by readers 18 years old and above only.

This is not your typical love story. It is not a book that is for everyone. It has graphic details of a coach who is taking advantage of a football player in order to get what he wants but there is also the other part of of the story that is a coming of age love story that is so sweet. Like I said, this is not a book for everyone but those that do read this even after the warnings will enjoy it!!

I myself enjoyed this book. But I also like every type of book. I do not have only one type of book I like to read. I like to read all types and this book fell into that category.

Will and Jake are back once again. This book picks up after the last book ended with Jake going home and he is happy about the things that have progressed between him and Will but after sleeping on things, Jake is starting to regret what they have done. So much so that he stays home from school and sends Will a message to get him to meet up with him after school so he can talk to Will about it.

Will is still over the moon about everything that happened with him and Jake. He gets lost in thought throughout classes all day dreaming about the things they have done and the things they may do. So when he gets the message to meet Jake he is excited. But Will never makes it to the meeting point because his own personal hell, a bully named Keith, is waiting for him and Will may not walk away from this encounter unharmed.

How are Jake and Will going to find a way to navigate through everything that is so unknown and new to them? Can they figure out a way to keep things quiet between them? What is going to happen when the coach sets his sight on Jake? Will he fall for the extra training or will he pass it up?

This is a great series thus far. I am enjoying the budding romance between Jake and Will. There are parts of this book that make me mad, like the bullying from Keith and the way the Coach acts as if he has every right to do as he pleases. I look forward to the next book to see what is going to devolop between Jake and Will. I cannot wait to see how Will and Jake are going to handle what will come at them next.

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time. I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books. Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.
