An Enemies to Lovers
Shifter, Vampire True Mates story.

Justice Volkov is the youngest Alpha Zenith to ever lead the wolf shifters. Following in his father’s large paw prints was a responsibility he met head on. Now at age thirty-three, he is alpha of the alphas. As a direct descendant of the original Siberian pack, his wolf is bigger and stronger than Justice, himself is sometimes able to control.

His wolf howled long and hard but Justice kept it inside. It felt like a bass drum beating against his rib cage. The harsh breaths, angry snarls and the determined pacing inside him was overtaking him.

Justice takes his role of leadership and his legacy very seriously. He has little time for romance, not to mention a true mate. His packs are his priority. With a human government trying to regulate them, an uprising of rogue shifters, and a violent team of scientists trying to experiment on them, Justice has his hands way too full.

Chadwick ‘Wick’ Bentley is not enthusiastic when the captain of his escort tells him he has to leave his comfortable London home and go back to the States. As the Vampire King, he has no choice but to get his species back in line before they cause anymore chaos. At over one-hundred years old, Wick is no one to trifle with, but his smooth, charismatic manner makes him quite unique, despite the negative reputation vampires have. Wick has had nothing but time up to this point. He doesn’t feel the need to make issues pressing. Nothing is urgent in his life. Until he meets Justice. His beloved.

“Natural enemies can’t be mates.” Or so Justice thought. He knows his skepticism and rejection is hurting his mate, so while he fights their connection, Wick gets help from a source very close to Justice to help him win his beloved’s heart. Wick is a force all on his own, but when he’s blessed with a special gift from the Mother herself, not even Justice’s powerful wolf can prevent the prophesy from being fulfilled.

This story DOES NOT contain/mention MPREG.
No multiple pairings. No cliffhangers. It ends with a very HFN.

Warning: This book is MM paranormal: If you DO NOT like hot, alpha men shifting into large wolves, or vampires feeding from their mates, this may not be your read.

Oh my gosh, I have to be honest that when I got to the end of this book and the note that A.E. Via left about this being the first paranormal shifter book by A.E., I was blown away. I am a huge fan of paranormal/shifter books and for this to be the first one by A.E. let’s just say that there is no doubt in my mind that AE needs to continue to write this genre. This was a truly excellent read. I was so captivated by this book that I did not want it to end. Though I knew ahead of time that there was to be other books in this series, I was extremely sad when I got to the end because I wanted book two thru book five immediately. That is how much I enjoyed this book. I love shifter books and for there to be the element of vampires as well, this book was all around made to be a hit read!!!

Justice is the Alpha of all Alpha’s. His strength and the power behind his Wolf is incredible. But he also has a kindness to him and believes in giving everyone a chance to redeem themselves without harm when they do something that would envoke punishment. His followers love him and respect him because he is the type of Alpha who earns respect instead of demanding it. He rules by example and not force. That is what makes him truly a powerful and loved Alpha among his people.

The one thing that Justice is lacking is he has yet to find his mate. But he knows that eventually he will find them. What he never expected was to go to a town in Nevada to figure out why his wolves and the vampires are suddenly causing problems amongst each other, to also find his TRUE MATE at the same time. Even more surprising was his true mate is the Vampire King. How is a wolf and a vampire, natural enemies, supposed to be TRUE MATES? Why would The Mother Fate these two unlikely mates together?

Wick is the Vampire King. He is well respected among his covens. He rules differently then past Kings. He does not believe in his coven having to wait on him hand and foot. Nor does he believe in them always addressing him by his title but rather he would have them address him by his name. Wick has always known that there was a beast somewhere deep inside of him because he has felt him and the only one that knows about it is his best friend and second in command Bell.

When Wick and Justice meet at the police station where both wolves and vampires are being held no one including them expected what was to happen next. This is when two worlds collide and two species that are supposed to be natural enemies find out that they are fated mates. Wick is more receptive to having Justice as a beloved then Justice is to having Wick as his mate.

What will happen now that these two have come face to face and realize what the fates have in store for them? Can two natural enemies merge their worlds together to fight against an evil that is coming there way? What will happen when Wick finally lets his beast out?

All this and more will be answered in this book. But once this book is over, it will not be the end of what is to come. This book was such an incredible read. I cannot wait to get book two. From what information was given as a sneak peak at book two, I know it is going to be just as amazing as this one. I look forward to more books by A.E. Via in the future for sure!!!

Author

Hello, I am an avid reader of male/male books. I do not have a favorite genre when it comes to male/male books because I love all of them from romance, dark reads, paranormal, shifter, threesome, whatever I see that catches my eye at the time.

I read books about rock stars, CEOs, military, cops, and just the original plain old good boy types of books.

Basically when it comes to a book, I read whatever I am in the mood for at the time. So my tastes varies from day to day and sometimes even hour to hour.
